Is ice fishing on your bucket list this winter?

Monday February 20 (Family Day) Mosswood Adventures and Rentals has invited local premier fishing guide Dave Bennett Outdoors to introduce participants to the world of ice fishing on Lake of the Woods!

The breakdown:

- This introductory session is perfect for beginners of any age.

- All supplies and gear is provided!

- Licenses are not required as it lands on Ontario’s free fishing weekend.

- Investment is $20 per participant. Adult/supervisor must accompany children and pay as well.

Catches not guaranteed but new skills and FUN are sure to be had! Fishing times run from 10:00AM – 2:00PM the earlier you arrive the longer time you’ll have on the ice!

Our location: the ice fishing station will be setup next to the Mosswood ice bike rental pop-up and Hard Water Café. Lake of the Woods ice road approximately 1.8KM off Ministry (MNR) Landing in Kenora, ON.

Ice bike rentals will also be running and they’ll be serving up handmade treats at the Hard Water Cafe (cash only).
