Event Details:

This Lifesaving Society program allows candidates to recertify an expired National Lifeguard certificate. Candidates will refresh their lifeguarding skills, try the new physical standards, learn tips on how to complete the timed swim and learn the new components. There is no cost to attend.

Some skills that will be covered:

• 400 m timed swim
• underwater swim
• entries and removals
• physical standards
• rescue updates
