You’re invited to participate in our upcoming Town Hall event!

We are excited to offer you another meaningful opportunity to engage with members of the Council regarding issues that matter to you. 

Everyone is welcome to attend our upcoming Town Hall on Monday, June 16, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Training Room on the second floor of the Operations Building.

For accessibility, there is a ramp outside the building’s entrance, followed by an elevator inside to reach the second floor. Signs will be posted to guide you to the Training Room.

Councillors Moncrief and Chaze, along with Mayor Poirier, will be present to answer your questions and discuss topics of interest.

Pre-registration is required for in-person attendance. We ask that you send your questions or topics for discussion in advance so that we can be better prepared to provide accurate and comprehensive information. Be sure to register and submit your questions by Friday, June 13, to communications@kenora.ca.

If time permits, we will also have an open forum discussion.

It is important to note that Town Hall Meetings are not Official Council meetings, and no decisions can be made. Not all members of Council will attend at one time to ensure a quorum is not present. These meetings are designed to foster open dialogue and engage with the community.

For those unable to attend in person, we will provide a Facebook Live option. You can also contact Council members by email, plan to attend the next Town Hall Meeting in the fall, or submit a Request For Service online if needed.
