In this creative process, you’ll build a personal deck of colorful, collaged cards using images that speak to you, no art experience needed. Each card reflects a part of your life story, capturing aspects of your personality, memories, values, dreams, and challenges. Over time, your deck becomes a unique visual journal, one that you can consult for insight, inspiration, and guidance in your daily life.
This intuitive and enjoyable process encourages self-discovery, self-acceptance, and personal growth. Through simple steps like making cards, journaling with them, and doing personal "readings," you’ll connect with your own inner wisdom and creativity.
Intuitive Collage Cards are also a wonderful way to support mental wellness, spark imagination, and foster a sense of connection within a group setting. Whether you’re making cards on your own or sharing discoveries in a circle, this process promotes a supportive, inclusive, and empowering experience, perfect for seniors interested in creative expression, lifelong learning, and meaningful community.
The completion of these cards will take place over three (3) sessions.
