This year, Darrell Fox is organizing a very special National Ride of Hope in honour of the 45th anniversary of Terry’s Marathon of Hope. This time, it’s literally a Ride as big as our country.
On June 9, a team of cyclists will leave Vancouver and pedal 7,000 km to arrive in St. John’s on July 10. In addition to being an epic 32-day tribute to Terry’s legacy, it’s a powerful, poignant way to support his dream of a world without cancer.
Kenora will have the honour of welcoming the Ride of Hope team on Friday, June 20 at the Rotary Peace Park at around 4:15 p.m. Among the riders is Joel Stoliker, who proudly calls Kenora home.
Everyone is invited to the arrival event. Let's show our support for the National Ride of Hope!
